Rates

Booking Conditions 

• Additional persons cost an extra $15 per night each. Check-out by 10am, check-in from 2pm.

• A deposit of $200 is required at time of booking, if booking 14 days prior to arrival.

• If booking within the 14 day period, full payment is required at time of booking confirmation

• All payments to be made in advance by credit cards, cheque or EFT. Cash and EFTPOS can be used but is not encouraged. (Visa/MasterCard/Amex accepted)

• Any additional costs will also be charged. These include extra cleaning ($25 for BBQ etc), missing items or damage

• Charges to your credit card will appear on your statement as Westminster Group

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 4 weeks prior - $50 cancellation fee

• Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior will result in a loss of your deposit.
